My educational background is in User Experience (M.S.) from Kent State University. During my time at university, I was able to utilize skills such as design thinking, problem-solving, empathy, and adaptability. As a student, I was consistently pushed to rapidly sketch ideas, assemble prototypes, and be able to consistently communicate my design decisions to my peers, clients, and mentors. 

I have over 7 years of experience conducting qualitative user research (through surveys, secondary research observations, and interviews), stakeholder management, as well as leadership experience within a fast-paced environment.

When I’m not brainstorming solutions, designing, generating action plans, I enjoy catching up on new and interesting shows that are streaming and playing with my dog named Nova.
